Rye Brook Basement

The Steiner Family wanted a warm, comfortable basement where they could also house guests. We had a small budget but got big results! Most of the money was spent on the custom pull out Queen sofa with a very comfortable mattress. I painted the walls a lighter shade of blue and gave it that coastal flair reminiscent of their previous home on the shore.
