Can you give instructions on how you transferred the dog photo to canvas on Splurge & Save?

The photo was uploaded to Photoshop and altered to look like a painting using the artistic filter “dry brush” there is also iSite Photo Booth for MAC users and I hear Tiffen Dfx Essentials is cool. Nowadays digital cameras come with software that allows you to put many different effects on your photos. Then I downloaded the adjusted photo to Snapfish.com and “printed to canvas” – but many sites do this now like PrintYourCanvas
I just used some Liquitiex acrylic gel medium gloss (http://www.dickblick.com/products/liquitex-acrylic-mediums/) to give it some texture and make it look like a real painting.
