COASTAL PIED A TIER

This project was a fun, contemporary condo that took on a life of it’s own. We modernized every inch of it. I don’t do a lot of apartments anymore, after leaving Manhattan over six years ago. So it was a blast working with the homeowners who live in Manhattan full time! The homeowner is a doctor and they have one young child. This is their vacation home to visit local family and escape the cold of New York City winters. It was a dated condo with spectacular views of the intercoastal. We personalized every nook and corner, completely opened up the floor plan, and made a compartmentalized community space into a Great Room. With Ann Sacks and Porcelanosa tile, Knoll furniture, and lots of mid-century charm – it’s a warm, cozy and super chic getaway.
