This cabinet was too large and didn’t work with a modern day flat screen TV. This is a small family room so I opted for custom cabinetry and to do away with the carpeting in place of hardwood floors. It rocks.

Again this is my aunt’s bathroom. She opted for a custom corner neo angle shower, but balanced the high cost of that with some very inexpensive white ceramic subway tile. Looks great!

This is actually my aunt’s bathroom that she recently restyled with my help. It was mostly just an update. But you can see with a new vanity, more modern wall color, less mirror and new tile it looks more contemporary.

You can see how the wall color – which was changed to a lighter shade of blue – has brightened up the space. And so much charm in a basement!!

This room isn’t complete yet, but you can see how fresh it is with new floors, an inexpensive wallpaper, and some custom crisp white wainscot. Not to mention a great dining table which I found for a steal!!
